401(k) article
In the article it says that U.S. workers have suffered 24.3% losses on their 401 k accounts in 2008. At the end of the typical 401 k year, an investor has about 56% invested in equities and 41% was in fixed income securities. The biggest statistic is 72% of workers held a 20% less of their account balances in company stock. Also 7% of 401k investors had more than 80% of their accounts balanced in company stocks. The risk factor is at an all time high for workers and it could get worse.
