This article showed me that some people in this world don't work hard and don't like their jobs. This article the man wanted to find a simple product that shouldn't of been a problem but the workers at the store were lazy and just steered him in the wrong direction. I don't blame the man for leaving, I would of been very frustrated and would of left as well if two employees at a store couldn't help me.

This article showed me to always be good at whatever you do. Whatever I end up doing with my life I need to do whatever it takes to be the best and if people need help I need to be there for them. Even if I don't know the answer to someone's question I know I will need to give them to someone that can help them. It was the employees job at the store to answer questions and show people what they are looking for. The employees at the store in the article didn't do their job and they lost a sale because of it.
